You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. All sales are final.

I have the right to end or cancel any service/appointment due to misconduct. No refunds will be given to misconduct. Depending on the severity of the misconduct will be reported to the the authorities. Misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
