Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive relaxation practice that supports calm, balance, and overall well-being. Sessions involve light hand placements on or near the body, or can be offered at a distance, with no physical contact required.
Distance Reiki is experienced much like an in-person session and is ideal if you prefer to receive Reiki from your own space. Clients often report feeling relaxed, grounded, and refreshed. Reiki is not a medical treatment and is meant to complement other forms of care.
